This work is among the first projects I started coding for. It was originally written in Python 2, but I have updated the code to work in Python 3. I also took the liberty of improving the speed and accuracy of the simulations while maintaining the code. The maintained version along with the environment file can be found here. The code was part of the following publication: Parent et al. 2017.
